Where are some great, easy mountain bike trails in the Southeast?

Where are some great, easy mountain bike trails in the Southeast US? I just got my bike and I would like to find some non-paved trails in the South for a fun vacation. I'm still having trouble doing hard things so i would like to try easy places!
